We moved to Chicago 2 years ago. Dan has so far helped us buy our rental house and primary. He understood exactly what we were looking for (in both cases) and provided ample information to help us make the best decision. He has a really well rounded real state market knowledge and experience. Here are some things that we liked about Dan-(a) he is very prepared and organized. When we met him for the first time to look for our first house, he had done all his homework and printed comps for recently sold houses in the area. That really helped us make a decision faster without losing on a great deal. (b) he never rushed us to make a decision but always kept us updated about timeline. Amazing communication!(c) he was great at negotiating because he understood exactly what items to point out to the seller to help us get the best price(d) the most important- caring! After we bought our first house he ensured buying a house was not stressful process. Again, we were new to Chicago and didn’t know a lot about owning a house here. Dan helped us even after we completed the purchase, including setting up utilities.

Dan is the only realtor we will ever use in the Chicagoland area! This was our second time working with Dan and have now experienced him both as a purchasing and rental agent. His attention to detail is incredible. He went above and beyond by taking professional photos of the unit, being in constant communication, and making himself available on a holiday weekend to show the unit himself. He is very objective, has deep knowledge of local pricing, demand & supply dynamics in different neighborhoods, and as an added bonus - has deep knowledge of renovation & related costs, which helped us understand our total cost of ownership for any property we were looking at. He is also extremely responsive (immediate text or call responses), very pleasant, and very easy to work with. I will definitely be working with Dan for all my future properties, he is unmatched.
